The service we offer:

Price: based upon the number of stitches in your embroidery design, for large stitch counts special rates can be agreed.

Lead time: 24-48 hours standard, quicker on request.
Incoming file formats: Jpeg, EPS, PDF, Illustrator, faxes, scans – even hand drawn designs.

Outgoing file formats: primarily DST format although we can generate files for various embroidery formats, just tell us what you want.

Guarantee: our confidence in the quality of our embroidery digitization is such that we are happy to offer you complete satisfaction.

Access:  your digitized design is stored in our archive in case you lose your copy and require it again at some point in the future; it’s all part of the service.
